Republican Congressional candidate Seth Grossman’s campaign announced Tuesday the launch of its series of TV ads that will run until the election.

They speak to the differences between Seth and his opponent, Jeff Van Drew.

The first ad addresses the enabling relationship between NJ Senate President Steve Sweeney and Van Drew.  They both came to Trenton 16 years ago – and what have they done?

·       Spending through the roof;

·       Taxes soaring;

·       Debt out of control; and

·       New Jersey’s economy destroyed.

Now Sweeney wants Van Drew in Washington to do to America what they have done to New Jersey. The ad message – Stop them!

For the past 16 years, Van Drew made a career in NJ politics serving Democrat bosses and special interests. He was part of the Democratic majority led by Sweeney which has dominated state government even under Republican Governor Chris Christie. Grossman cites that these years were a disaster.

Grossman is fighting for the people, putting taxpayers first, and supports President Trump’s “Make America Great Again” agenda. He plans to work in Washington to continue the success of the past 20 months.

Grossman and Van Drew are facing off in New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District. The seat, which has been represented by retiring Rep. Frank LoBiondo for 24 years, includes the counties of Cape May, Atlantic, Cumberland, Salem, Gloucester and parts of Camden, Burlington and Ocean counties. Donald Trump won the district by five points over Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
